Flat tire I had my new Jeep Foe 3 weeks.My car was parked in a lot at work.Noted the flat tire at lunch time.Called roadside assistance.They were wonderful.But I had my new Jeep Foe 3 weeks.My car was parked in a lot at work.Noted the flat tire at lunch time.Called roadside assistance.They were wonderful.But unfortunately I found out the hard way, my Jeep did not come equipped with a donut or spare tire.Called service center at dealership I leased my Jeep from and I was told that head to get it there before 5pm. I did explain that I am a health care professional and could not leave work until 5 pm. I was told ‘Sorry , I would like to help you but I can’t.My spouse had to cancel a doctors appointment and drive to my place of business to take my care to the dealership for a plug for the tire.We he arrived they took their time repairing the tire and made my husband wait.Very unprofessional behavior.Will not bring my Jeep there to be serviced.Left a voice mail for Steve inquiring as to why I didn’t have a donut or spare time and got no response from him. More
Poor Vehicle Service Experience On May 17, 2019, I had my vehicle serviced at De Cozen. After getting the vehicle diagnosed, repaired & spending almost a thousand dollars my vehicle On May 17, 2019, I had my vehicle serviced at De Cozen. After getting the vehicle diagnosed, repaired & spending almost a thousand dollars my vehicle broke down less than 24 hours after bringing it home. Customer service has been poor. I was not offered any assistance in this matter by the service manager, Thomas G. or Jeep Corporate. I was then told after re-diagnosis that I would need to pay an additional $800 to fix what had already supposedly been fixed. I am beyond frustrated with De Cozen. I was told that I would be charged storage fees if I left my non-working truck in their parking lot until the part they ordered came in in four weeks. Seems like this is a no win solution. I have been very patient but am at my wits end. I was hoping to come to a resolution with the local De Cozen management team but I have been given the run around.Thomas has even started screening my calls & will no longer answer. Its unfortunate that I will be contacting the State Attorney General & Better Business Bureau about this situation. More

My service advisor, Frank Russo, was friendly and knowledgeable. The service on my vehicle was completed quickly and everyone at the dealership was friendly. There is a very nice and comfortable waiting area where you can have a cup of coffee or read the newspaper. The dealership is very clean and designed well. I would definitely recommend DeCozen to someone that I know. More

Expensive, long wait, lacking customer service I made my oil change appointment online a week before asking for a Saturday morning. However, I never received an email or phone call giving me the ex I made my oil change appointment online a week before asking for a Saturday morning. However, I never received an email or phone call giving me the exact time or if this date was even available. I waited. Then two days before the selected date, I called and was finally given a time. It was clear I was down for an appointment, but I was not informed. This oil change and tire rotation was expensive. I ask for a bit better service. More
