Sketchy Dealership, Not going back In typical dealer fashion, they completely ripped me off for a basic service that should’ve been no big deal. HORRIBLE!!!! This is without a doubt the WORST service department I have ever been to. It took several visits to the dealer to fix a simple issue, when I got my t This is without a doubt the WORST service department I have ever been to. It took several visits to the dealer to fix a simple issue, when I got my truck back the FIRST TIME the issue was still there and they actually caused an issue with my steering wheel. After bringing it back 2 more times I was told the steering issue was fixed and my initial issue was fixed - complete lies. My truck is now in worse condition that when I first brought it in. I asked for the manager to contact me on 3 different occasions - NO CALL. On top of all of this....the loaner car situation is laughable - not comparable to your vehicle because the majority of loaners were in accidents. STAY AWAY. More

Good reliable service, Lounge could be better Staff and service was professional and met my expectations (which are naturally high to start with.). I got her a set of window deflectors for her birthday and scheduled service to have them installed. My advisor Frank was able to work around my schedule and advised me of a software update on that would be taken care of to. The work was performed in a short amount of time and we were on our way. This is the second vehicle we've leased from DeCozen in the last 6 months, I would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a new Jeep. More
