To try and avoid wasting the dealers time, I like to ensure that before setting up an appointment, the dealer can fit my budget and has what I am looking for. Unfortunately I didn’t get that far with this dealer. Tiffany Smith responded to the general inquiry and stated that they only do pricing at appointments and would not provide additional details. Given that many dealerships offer this information via email, and some are even completing entire deals virtually, it’s pretty surprising that a dealer would not partake in this at all. It made my decision that much easier to support another jeep dealer. More
