DeCozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram responded

Not at all bait and switch, but a miscommunication at best. The vehicle was here when the client called and the client was to come in by 12:30 or he would be in the following Friday. The client did not arrive at 12:30. Once the client did not arrive, it was believed that he would come on Friday as agreed. The vehicle was sent out for detailing somewhere around 2PM that day. Without any notice, the client arrived at 2:31 PM and was expecting to see the vehicle which, by now, was no longer on the property and so the client was upset. Had the appointment been kept as scheduled, or, had we been notified that the client would be two hours late and did not plan to come Friday, the vehicle would not have been sent out. The vehicle was ready for the 12:30 appointment. As often happens, clients assume that making changes to an arrangement without giving the dealership any notice is ok when often, that does not work out. DeCozen is sorry for any misunderstanding. Had we known that 12:30 would be 2:31, we would have proceeded differently. We regret any inconvenience.
