Deceived I called DeCozen on Wednesday and spoke with Mark Ciasulo about a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and made an appointment to see the car. When I got to the d I called DeCozen on Wednesday and spoke with Mark Ciasulo about a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee and made an appointment to see the car. When I got to the dealer I followed up with Brian Walker who emailed Just a bit earlier before coming. When I got to the dealer Brian said he had the car ready for me. Brian introduced me to John Bowler in sales who left me waiting for a half hour with still no car. John then stated the car was getting detailed. So after making an appointment and getting told the car was ready a half hour ago when I first arrived it suddenly was getting detailed. Bottom line is this is a bait and switch to get you in and the car was not there to begin with. Do not do business with this dealer. More

Bad Motor GI Industries Inc. just purchased a used 2006 Dodge Dakota. Decozen called and pursued us after we stated that we were not interested in this truck f GI Industries Inc. just purchased a used 2006 Dodge Dakota. Decozen called and pursued us after we stated that we were not interested in this truck for various issues. Decozen's management stated that the dealership would correct the engine lights and all the outstanding codes, including replacing the radiator, battery and thermostat for the set price we offered. We agreed as long as everything was corrected to Dodge's specifications on repairs and workmanship. Note: GI Industries agreed to replacing the brakes and correct the oil pan. Issues: 1) Repairs were not done and does not conform to standard mechanical procedures. Specifically, radiator was supposed to be replace. Unit had dents in it and fastened with cable ties. Transmission cooler was not even secured, just laying on the bottom of splash pan and no air circulation for cooling. 2) Not informed of engine issues. Copper sealant fluid was added to new radiator and thermostat. 3) Not informed of engine over-heating. Engine has redline on temp gauge. 4) 8 codes were not corrected or even address. Example- O2 sensor, low voltage shortage etc. 5) A new Battery was installed, but obvious wiring short at battery terminal. Fuse coming off battery terminal was burnt and melted. These items were never addressed, corrected to standard industrial procedures. I have called the company three times with no one returning my call to address the issues, including a complete write-up of service performed. More

John Bowler made all the difference Unable to find the new Jeep Wrangler I was looking for with all of the options I wanted, especially the dual top, I was forced to look out of state. When I arrived at DeCozen I was immediately greeted by John Bowler who couldn’t have been more friendly and knowledgeable about all the questions I had. He explained to me that because of the DeCozens long history they often get cars in stock from Chrysler/Jeep that other dealerships might not. Having purchased many cars over many years, the worst part is to go to a dealer where some cheesy salesman gives you a hard pressure sale pitch while simultaneously showering you with complements; John did neither. It was John Bowler who closed this deal because of his friendliness, good-nature and knowledge of his product. I highly recommend John to anyone looking for a straight up, honest and nice sales person. More

great customer service with sales Stopped in just to browse around, I wasn't really in the market for a new Jeep. After seeing the new Grand Cherokee and driving it, I was interested, Stopped in just to browse around, I wasn't really in the market for a new Jeep. After seeing the new Grand Cherokee and driving it, I was interested, but still not ready to buy a new car. I sat down with Roberto and it would have been foolish not to upgrade from my 2014 Wrangler Unlimited to the new Grand Cherokee. Picked the car up the next day in and out in under an hour. Carmine with finance is incredibly efficient and this was BY FAR the easiest vehicle transaction I have ever had. Had my previous Jeep serviced at DeCozen so I know service won't be an issue. I have no problem traveling far to get the best deal and the fact that the best deal was so close by made it an added bonus. What great guys! Would definitely recommend DeCozen, I had a lot of fun with the purchase and by far the best deal. More
