Worst dealership I purchase my vehicle about a month now and it was the worse experience I ever had. The salesman Ken is a liar. I bought my car used and did not receive a 2nd key and was told they would give me one as well as get my truck detailed. A week later I contacted Ken and he basically told me I would have to pay for a key and He only offered a wash instead and hung up the phone on me. Also when I picked up my car It was not clean and no gas was in the car. I bought new and used cars before and never had an experience like this. Also my Bluetooth was not working and had to take it 3 times to get the wiring done properly. They don’t even wash your car after service and it looks like they have one dirty blue Chrysler as a loaner. I will never go back to this dealership for anything even though its the next town over.
