Quick and to the point! This was my first experience with this dealership and I was impressed with how quick I was in and out. Only bad thing I could say is there are a few spots on the trim that aren’t flush to car I will be taking it back to have it fixed! More

WORST CAR EXPERIENCE I would like to strongly inform everyone and anyone to never ever consider coming near this dealership. Not only was the salesperson, John Bowler “AKA I would like to strongly inform everyone and anyone to never ever consider coming near this dealership. Not only was the salesperson, John Bowler “AKA Juan”, demeaning but was very pushy and likes to play games. Told me after making a deal that if I did not pick up the car within 48 hours they would sell my car to someone else and keep my deposit. This is the kind of place that gives dealerships and car sales people a bad reputation. I mentioned to the manager Damon how I felt I was treated and he didn’t care which made it seem like the norm and he was used to hearing this. None the less I never even got a follow up phone call to see how my new car was. They do not care about anything but making money and moving on. Very unprofessional. For your own good stay away. They show an handful of good reviews here but check out their Facebook page and google reviews which are mainly terrible. More

After several emails and phone calls, I was set to fly into NJ to purchase a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport. On the afternoon of 9/10, they called while I was at the airport to confirm I was still coming at 9am on 9/11. I informed them my flight would leave in the next 30 minutes. They knew the bank had already wired the money into my checking account to purchase the car. About 40 minutes later, I received call from a person I had no contact with before he called. He told me they took a deposit on the car today but I can still come to look at the car in case the deal did not go thru. I explain they knew I was flying in to purchase the car, why didn't someone tell me I needed to place a deposit on the car. The guy said they normally do not take deposits and tried again to encourage me to come in to look at the car. I asked if they normally did not take a deposit, why did they take one now when they knew I had an appointment to purchase the car. The lies started to roll out of his mouth. I told him no way would I visit their dealership. Luckily my flight was delay or I would have flown to NJ for nothing. I did some digging on the internet and found the same car listed by another dealership at $59,000. On 9/11, this dealership reduce the price to $54,900, which is exactly the same price listed at Decozen. And it was marked down in the afternoon of 9/11. The same car Decoze told me they had a deposit for on 9/10. I found other reviews on the internet where individuals stated cars were listed on the internet but they were told the car was sold when they arrived at the dealership. After spending money on a airline ticket, hotel, and rental car, I only thought the right thing to do was file a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's Office. I sent copies of the emails and phone records. Hopefully this will help others from get scammed by this dealership. If anyone has had a similar experience with Decozen, I encourage you to also contact the NJ Attorney General's office and report your experience. More
