After arriving, I met Joe and my day quickly turned around. I explained to Joe what I was looking for and my price point and he came back with a list of Grand Cherokees that he had in stock. With the 2019 models on their way out, Joe was able to get me into a 2018 Summit for not much more than I had planned on spending for a Limited. Yes, it still took a couple of hours to get through all of the paperwork (what car buying experience doesn’t), but they had a game room for my kids to play air hockey in while I finished up all of the details. This time around my experience wa This place has some sheisty sales reps and managers. I came to Decozen as a returning customer to lease a vehicle. This time around my experience was horrible. During the process, I was shown a car in the dealership showroom and led to believe I was making a deal on that car. When drawing up the paperwork, the sales manager wrote a different Vin # on my lease agreement and handed me a copy of the window sticker of the car I was shown, which "mistakenly" had the Vin # cut off. On the day of pick up, I noticed the car they were giving me was different than the one I was shown (this one was not pearl whit and had no safety package). When confronted with the difference, the sales manager said he "mistakenly " picked up and handed me the wrong copy of the window sticker the day I signed the lease agreement...like c'mon!! The whole time we were talking numbers, they were referencing the showroom car and I even kept going up to look at it. The sales mgr. told me I signed the lease agreement for the car they had prepped for me and that was the car I was getting. He was quick to leave and not hang around to rectify the situation nor admit to his deceitful tactic. The finance manager however was at least willing to listen to me and help rectify the problem by giving discounts on other products. It was just so unprofessional how the sales rep and sales mgr. went about my lease experience and to sell me a car. In addition, the vehicle I got had some repairs that needed to be done. The rollers on the sunroof were not working properly and needed to be replaced, there were stains on the inside that needed cleaning, and there were also 2 chips on the door that needed touch up paint. I had to keep reaching out to the sales rep that sold my car as to what the status was on moving forward with fixing these issues. In addition, I was also having an issue with the car locks, which I wound up correcting myself by googling the issue and finding the solution. When reaching out to the sales rep, he did not respond. Best Jeep buy EVER!! I looked on the Decozen website because I had bought my first Jeep from there over 16 years ago and it was time for a new one. I saw one listed that I I looked on the Decozen website because I had bought my first Jeep from there over 16 years ago and it was time for a new one. I saw one listed that I fell in LOVE with. I contacted the internet department and the replied and set up a test drive. Because of their amazing pictures and details - I didn’t need the test drive!! I did take it and was in LOVE!! Everyone at the dealership made me feel comfortable and welcome. And they were so happy for me as they saw how EXCITED I was to drive MY new Jeep off the lot! An often stressful and tedious process was made exciting and FUN by everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at Decozen!!! More
