The worst customer and sales rep I ever seen Joe one of the salesmen, said they would get our car registered in our state for us for free to find out later we were charged a thousand dollars, the Joe one of the salesmen, said they would get our car registered in our state for us for free to find out later we were charged a thousand dollars, then they held our tags hostage after the temp 20 period ran out until I get my insurance changed to my wife's name, then they charged us a 100 dollars to do a credit report , I could of got that for free,then the car we purchased was a 2016 Mazda CX-5 gt, was missing a back cargo cover and they gave us a hard time about taking the price for one off,Jill who works in the office calls us on the last day of the temp tags to tell me they will not send my tags or registration until I change the name on my insurance policy, and that my car can be impounded if I continue to drive on the temp tags,they are unflexable,and once you buy a car they are impersonal,one sales rep mike told me its my fault that I got insurance for the car in my name, if I did not want the hassle I should have put the car in my name, a lot of nerve telling me who's name the car should of been in,if this car was not for my wife I would of rammed this car through the front door and down there throats,I dealt with a lot of dealers and never liked any of them but deco zen is the worst,STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! You will walk out feeling assaulted and DIRTY! Joe m is a fast talking not very bright salesman all about the dollar bill doesn't even remember your name the next day,I forgot they also told me I could not get my tags until I had an interview with the bank that gave us a loan, an interview after the fact? Ridiculous !!! I should of took my 13 thousand dollar down payment somewhere else, I rather buy a old car with good service than a new car and feel like a victim again STAY AWAY this place will make you think bad thoughts More

They are the most up front sales people I’ve ever met. I literally heard a another sales guy ask the customer why did you beat me up so badly on the car when at the end of the day your credit couldn’t get you approved on $300 credit card? DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! DO not, I repeat DO NOT go to this dealership. After looking for a used Jeep Wrangler I happened upon this dealership because they had a car I was int DO not, I repeat DO NOT go to this dealership. After looking for a used Jeep Wrangler I happened upon this dealership because they had a car I was interested in. When I got there the salesman was just that, a xxxxxxxx salesman that told me what I wanted to hear. He said the dealership was run by two brothers who would NEVER sell a car that wasn't in good condition (I was wary about purchasing used) and they actually told me that I was better off purchasing ANOTHER car that was on the lot that was the same year, milage and color because it had new tires and was in "better condition." Let's fast forward to the FIRST DAY I had this car. IT DOESN'T START. I tried to start it over and over and after 10 attempts it finally started. I was freaking out to say the least and called the dealership and took it back as soon as possible. They told me they fixed it, I took it home. TWO DAYS LATER CAR WOULDN'T START. They tell me I need to purchase a new started (which is around $800) and because I just bought the car they would split it with me. After the new started ONE WEEK LATER, car wouldn't start. Long story short in ONE MONTH of having this car I was in the service department FOUR TIMES. They told me they don't know what's wrong with the car and to them it seems "fixed." $350 out of my pocket and the car is still have the SAME STARTING ISSUES. Now TWO MONTHS later the car stops working again. This time it's over heating, stalling and shaking when turned on. I call service and they have no sympathy for me and say that I have to wait ONE WEEK to bring it in and even then they don't know if it will be covered under my warranty. F$%K THAT! ALSO -- I asked to speak with the GM TWO TIMES and he NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. THEY SOLD ME A LEMON. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. RIP OFF. More
