Sales - Unprofessional To be honest, I have never dealt with DeCozen before. This was my first experience. I was searching for a Durango to lease. I built it online and loca To be honest, I have never dealt with DeCozen before. This was my first experience. I was searching for a Durango to lease. I built it online and located a similar one at the DeCozen dealership. I have been in touch with a few other dealerships who have provided me quotes/estimates via email or over the phone. I am not a rookie car buyer and these estimates can fluctuate. The Internet Sales person Tim Jacoby told me that it is there company policy to not provide any quotes to any buyer unless they are in the dealership. Having said that, he stated he would beat any other dealerships quote by $500 dollars. He wouldn't state at first if it was off the MSRP, monthly payment, or broken down over the lease term. Finally he said lease turn. During this entire time I stressed I needed to be in a new car in less than 3 weeks. I did not have time to do the back and forth. I wanted to know what their estimate was in order to decide to visit the dealership. His response was "well just take whatever first offer you were given". In all honestly, the disrespect and condescending tone was unbelievable. I will NEVER deal with Tim or the DeCozen dealership for any needs moving forward. My household has 2 leases at all times, One is a Jeep and I was going back to a Dodge. They will get zero business from me and I would warn against that dealership at all costs. I am in sales and the DeCozen team needs to learn that your customers are what keep your business growing. Acting as though the customer is the enemy will lose you market and eventually the business as a whole. Good luck. Hopefully, the culture changes, I will not be back to see. Great experience start to finish I came in after requesting some information from an online database. Then I was emailed and called the next day from their internet sales employee. I came in after requesting some information from an online database. Then I was emailed and called the next day from their internet sales employee. Neither email or call was pushy, they just wanted to connect with me and see if they had what I was looking for. The two men I worked with on completing my purchase were great. I worked with Joe M. on the sales part. The man was listened to my concerns, requirements and gave me exactly what I asked for. Next came Carmine L. with the finance part where he was very helpful and quick with the whole process. I traded in a vehicle and bought a new one from them which normally take a lot longer.
