Roberto was professional, knowledgeable, and had a good personality as opposed to some stereotypical "sales" people. We knew which vehicle we wanted but did not know which trim line. Roberto went through each trim explaining the differences and showed us several vehicles we narrowed our choices down to. Once we made our decision Roberto provided us with a very good price for the vehicle we were trading and on the new vehicle we were purchasing. The experience was hassle free. When picking up the car and working out the financing with the finance manger Joe, we again had a very pleasurable experience. They were able to provide the best rate and we were able to sign the documents very quickly. Another hassle free experience. We highly recommend Roberto and team at DeCozen and will certainly be back in the future. More

Comically Unresponsive I used the Internet email option to contact this dealer. I sent the exact details of the Jeep I wanted. Our exchange went like this: Me: Hi. I will bring x to signing. Can you tell me what cash to customer programs you can offer, what the money factor and residual would be on a 36 month lease? Internet Sales Manager: Hi! We look forward to serving you. Our customers love us! Me: Okay, thanks. Did you have a chance to look at my questions? (2 days later) Me: Hi, have you had a chance to review my questions? Internet Sales Manager: Find out why Kozen is number 1 with our customers! Look at these surveys! Thanks for your inquiry. We look forward to serving you. Me: Um, can you please answer my questions? Internet Sales Manager: hi, I did get your questions. Your best bet is probably a car you didn’t ask for (paraphrasing). My sales manager said he’ll give you his best price when you come in to visit us! 3 days later... I asked three questions, repeatedly and did not receive one meaningful response. My final email was a abrupt and I said, if they couldn’t answer my questions I’d gone elsewhere with my business. Their reply? ‘Thanks for your inquiry! Please take this survey!’ What a joke. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP Let's start with the process and the BS just to lease the vehicle was not very pleasant, very frustrating and not friendly. Let's start by saying the sales guy rushed me to get it done (which is fine that's what sales people do) but my mom was signing for the lease so I asked if he can come out to the car and have my mom sign the paperwork (because she is on oxygen and was not feeling well that day) and the response from the sales guy (John) was "that is not our normal practice we don't usually do business that way, very unaccommodating. Then 2 weeks later I get a call from the dealership (Damon the manager) saying they had an audit and they realized they gave me the incorrect vehicle my vehicle that I purchased is still on the lot. So I checked my paperwork against the VIN # and sure enough it did not match. So back to the dealership I go and get my "new" vehicle. When picking it up I realize there was no pinstripe on the vehicle that I had on my original vehicle, so they did say they will put it on for me at no charge (shockingly). After driving the new vehicle for a few days I realize there is no inspection sticker on the vehicle, so I call them several times/days before I get someone on the phone and back to the dealership I go again. They put the pinstripe on and put the inspection sticker on and did offer my a loaner, which was expected. Now 2 week later the check engine light goes on. I call to bring the vehicle in that has 40 miles on it and tell them this is an inconvenience for me to go back and fourth and have someone follow me and pick me up then to have someone drive me the next day to pick it up, I do work all day, I need a loaner. The service department said ok the next available we have is next week. l originally said ok then thought about it and called back and said this vehicle is brand new why can't I just bring it buy and you can check it out maybe it just needs to be reset. Well the sales guy John calls me on three way with the manager Michael and says "I did not purchase the loaner package" which I was never offered and they will not give me a loaner, I said the vehicle is 2 weeks old the check engine light should not be coming on. I asked the sales guy when did you offer me the loaner package because you never did, his response was oh the finance guy should have offered it to you, guess what he did not. Then the manager Michael had the nerve to say I am lucky they did not charge me the mileage I put on the original vehicle (the one that they gave me by mistake), what nerve, they made the mistake and think I am going to pay for the mileage, I don't think so, how about paying me for my inconvenience. He also said I was lucky they put the pinstripe on, really I purchased the vehicle with the pinstripe. I am waiting for a call back from the manager now, I am sure it will take forever just like when I called to let them know I was driving around with no inspection sticker. I am so so disappointed with this dealership I have never seen anything like this before in my life and this is certainly not the first vehicle I have leased. After the buying experience I decided not to write a review I would just let it slide, after the incorrect vehicle was given to me I again decided not to write a review, after noticing there was no inspection sticker on my vehicle I again decided not to write a review, but after the conversation I just had with John the sales guy and Michael the manager, they have some nerve and treating a customer the way they did, shame on you. Damon was the manager that called me with the information about giving me the wrong vehicle, he was pleasant. Oh and is it normal and professional for after I send the review the manager to call me and ask me if I posted the review (obviously it was me, but then again this must happen often he had to ask) and is it professional for him to tell me to take my business elsewhere, I don't think so. I'm confused, they did all wrong and I am the bad guy. Very very poor business. More
