Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I drove over two hours to get there. They started off really nice. After being there for 5 hours we felt completely unwelcome and that we were a burde I drove over two hours to get there. They started off really nice. When it came to the warranty they asked me if I could ask someone in my family to fork over $1,000 for a 1 year power train warranty (After just having to borrow almost $600 from my mom. If I was getting help buying a car I wouldn’t have driven 2 hours to get one). Then then ended up selling us a car that was 4 months out of inspection after I was told it was inspected a month prior so we didn’t take notice before. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful and never again will we go there!!! More

We returned the car anyway because we were tired of the back and forth and then they didn’t return the car to the finance company. We found out from the finance company who told us we still owned the car a month into our new lease. This was our third lease in a row but it’s our last. Maybe new management?? Not sure but spare youreself the grief! More

I did it all on my own, including financing outside of Decozen. I let them keep the deposit on the car in exchange for overpriced wheel coverage program. The car is beautiful and a great price. Almost too good to be true...it was. There is something wrong in the wheels breaking system. I will take car to Honda. I found out why the car had no warranty...that is why! In the end its no steal in price...because a 7k mile car should not have that kind of issue that I will now have to pay for. Once the ball was rolling, the process was quick and easy. I prayed on the car and God willing it will be good to me. More
