HORRIBLE!!!! This is without a doubt the WORST service department I have ever been to. It took several visits to the dealer to fix a simple issue, when I got my t This is without a doubt the WORST service department I have ever been to. It took several visits to the dealer to fix a simple issue, when I got my truck back the FIRST TIME the issue was still there and they actually caused an issue with my steering wheel. After bringing it back 2 more times I was told the steering issue was fixed and my initial issue was fixed - complete lies. My truck is now in worse condition that when I first brought it in. I asked for the manager to contact me on 3 different occasions - NO CALL. On top of all of this....the loaner car situation is laughable - not comparable to your vehicle because the majority of loaners were in accidents. STAY AWAY. More
