Quick and Painless Auto Shopping!!! Our Monday started horribly. Not only was it pouring and cold, but our 2015 Grand Cherokee started to overheat. Our mechanic found 3 main issues that Our Monday started horribly. Not only was it pouring and cold, but our 2015 Grand Cherokee started to overheat. Our mechanic found 3 main issues that amounted to about $3K to repair. It didn't make sense financially to give the greenlight to make the repairs. Found DeCozen via Truecar. I asked the gas station attendant if he could fix it for me and was told "not now, maybe Monday". I took a nerve wracking drive to Decozen realizing that I had no appointment and that it was a Saturday during the Holiday Season and was sure they were booked solid and would not be able to help for several hours if at all.
