I would NOT recommend De Cozen Scheduled to take care of a recall. No loaner vehicle which caused a huge inconvenience. While in, requested an oil change and to rotate the tires. This was mentioned when the appointment was made and again in writing when the truck was dropped off the night before. I looked at the receipt once my son came home with it and found the oil change was done but not the tire rotation. No explanation was given as to why it wasn't done. Now I need to take it somewhere to get the tires rotated and another day without my vehicle. We leased the vehicle and from the time we arrived to drive it home I felt the sales person was rude and couldn't wait to get us out of the dealership. She got her sale so that was where she stopped caring. I don't think she even spent the time explaining things in the truck to my son. I've purchased many cars and ALL have ALWAYS spent at least 20-30 minutes going over the vehicle. Bottom line I would not go back to De Cozen and would never recommend them to anyone! More

Quick and Painless Auto Shopping!!! Our Monday started horribly. Not only was it pouring and cold, but our 2015 Grand Cherokee started to overheat.
