My first service experience. I believe the service advisor I saw was Frank Russo. When I dropped off my car I told him I was taking a walk to get coffee and made sure he had my ce I believe the service advisor I saw was Frank Russo. When I dropped off my car I told him I was taking a walk to get coffee and made sure he had my cell number if needed. He then told me where to wait in the dealership when I returned. I was sitting there for an hour and he never called or came into the waiting room to tell me my car was ready. I only found out because he came in to get another customer. This was the first time I had my car serviced so I was unfamiliar with your dealership’s procedure. I took my last car to the dealership for service the entire seven years that I had it and was never treated or talked down to like this. I love my Jeep, but you are not the only dealership. I hope my future service appointments will make me want to continue as one of your customers. More
