I was fresh out of college last year and decided to trade my car in for something a little more practical. The salesman showed me vehicles and told me all of the perks my car would include. It was the first time seeing it in person and it was a big surprise when it didn’t look like the cars I was shown and didn’t include many of the features I was told it would have. Overall I felt like I was deceived. When I brought up my frustration to the salesman he continued to tell me that this is the way management told him to handle sales. More
