Worst dealership ever Every single time I go to this dear I have a problem I should’ve learned years ago. From the purchase of a lemon Challenger which they were giving me Every single time I go to this dear I have a problem I should’ve learned years ago. From the purchase of a lemon Challenger which they were giving me a hard time about returning I was talked into a jeep. Unfortunately l leased another jeep which I tried to get out of the lease prior to signing all the papers and was told I couldn’t. Now with the original jeep I went into order a new key,was quoted one price for the key which I paid $150 for, then upon dropping off the key I was told there was another charge of 150 to program the key, Then received a phone call two hours later asking me if I wanted the blade part of the key also which would be another $60. Sorry guys this isn’t a Ferrari but I’m sure I would’ve gotten better service if I purchased one. I tried with no avail to give my business to local businesses here in Verona but this one will not see me again as a return customer when my lease is done in a year from now I can’t wait to get rid of it. More

John the Sales person was unfriendly during our visit. He didn’t have the courtesy to offer a chair to my wife who kept standing during the entire negotiation process. I was fresh out of college last year and decided to trade my car in for something a little more practical. The salesman showed me vehicles and told me all of the perks my car would include. He made me sign papers then walk to the back of the lot by myself to find my car. No body brought it to the front for me and no one showed me around the vehicle. It was the first time seeing it in person and it was a big surprise when it didn’t look like the cars I was shown and didn’t include many of the features I was told it would have. Overall I felt like I was deceived. When I brought up my frustration to the salesman he continued to tell me that this is the way management told him to handle sales. More
