Terrible Experience! This dealership lacks integrity. I was lied to numerous times. I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle until I agreed on a price. Then, it took This dealership lacks integrity. I was lied to numerous times. I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle until I agreed on a price. Then, it took and hour on my third visit before I could test drive it. I was not allowed to drive the vehicle on the highway. The car is used, it is imperative for the customer to be able to examine the vehicle before purchase. When I purchased the vehicle, it too a week to get e dent fixed. The dent was not completely fixed and a huge scratch remained on the door. The sales contract I first signed said "Dealer to have ding removal" The ding was not completely removed. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday, it was not ready until Friday. I was told I would be called when it was ready, I was not. When I called at 1240 on Friday to inquire if it was ready, they told me I had to come pick it up at 1400. I stated I was working, I asked for 1430 or 1500. I was told no, 1400 was the only time, because the place was filled with customers and extremely busy. I had to be excused, and I made it there for 1400. Also, I was told I needed to have an insurance binder, and I had to send a picture of my check. I get there at 1400 and the place is empty!! My truck is NOT ready. I am told the dent was NOT fixed, and a service tech was out front painting it while I was there. the point of that story was I was waiting for the dealership to call me when it was ready, they never did, so when I called, they made me jump through hoops, leave work and be at their beck and call to facilitate THEIR needs. NOT ONCE, were my needs considered. I spent $28000 for a used vehicle. The dent was NOT fixed, there is also a huge scratch in it. Two people were working on my car when I picked it up. I did not see anyone sanitize it for COVID 19. I was given the vehicle with four rusted out rotors, no paper floormats to protect the car from the workers inside. It also had less than one half tank of gas in it. Oh, and the first time, I took the vehicle on the highway the right back tire goes flat (Maybe that is why I was not allowed on the highway) and the screws in the back plate are too big. They are not the correct screws. This was the most unprofessional dealership that I have ever dealt with. The dealership lacked integrity and customer service. Joe was good. More
