Tom was the exception to the rule, he was great, but service receptionist in service and parts department was not. She was rude, didn’t even great me and I thanked her she didn’t respond rather called f service receptionist in service and parts department was not. She had the same attitude when Both times I went. I was not told my first appointment that the car would have to be left, with no waiting room I would have to leave for hours no where to go no loaner available. And even though Inhad an appointment the wait was still going to be 3 hours. I rescheduled. I understand Covid restricts us. But some people live 30 minutes away. And you are allowed 25% capacity. If you can’t give a loaner out we should be allowed to wait. Overall experience was terrible, compared to Toyota’s Service Center. At Toyota, I am always greeted. You drive right in to the center and there is someone with a clipboard who signs you in takes your keys and you don’t have to wait outside an office just to get checked in. They have 25% capacity in place and if they are full they offer you a loaner. That is customer service. I will not be returning to this facility for future work. More
When I called for help everyone was nice. Picking up my car was kinda easy just some miscommunication as to where my keys are.
