I liked my jeep wrangler, I turned it in an got a jeep gladiator. All went well until I got a bill for over 6000.00 dollars. I had 17000 miles on the wrangle when I turned it in. The sale was okay, honestly I was not impressed with John, my salesperson, but I wanted to do as much as possible over the phone as they were not a local dealer, and we live in the world of Covid. The saving grace was the direct involvement of Jerry in Finance. He was a pleasure to work with. But why the 1 star? Because my brand new Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid - Pinnacle, the top of the line, broke 6 days after we got it home, after we had driven less than 80 miles on it. No only did it break, but it was the hybrid battery that needed to be replaced. Also, Chrysler have no clue when they will receive a replacement battery. It was supposed to be here on Friday, but was a not show, and Chrysler updated the ETA to 3/15, 10 days later. The part alone cost more than a brand new engine. The total cost to replace it will come to approximately 1/3 the cost of the entire vehicle. Meanwhile DeCozen has done NOTHING for me. My Pacifica has been sitting in a local dealers service shop since 2/20. I have never heard from the head of sales or the head of the dealership. I tried reaching out to Mike C. and asked him to please call me., Never heard a word. I cannot believe that they didn't offer to take the vehicle back immediately and replace it with a new one, since they sold me a defective one. Neither dealer has ever seen the battery go bad, and more importantly, have never had to replace one. Bottom line, DeCozen did not stand behind their sale, or make any effort to make this right. So far all they've done is encourage me to open a case with Chrysler. So I am very disappointed and angry. 15 days in the shop after driving less than 80 miles on it, and no end in sight. More
