ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!Let’s start from the ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! Let’s start from the beginning. First I get a call from Cheryl after I inquired about a Jeep on the website. I ask her ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!!! Let’s start from the beginning. First I get a call from Cheryl after I inquired about a Jeep on the website. I ask her, do you take KBB cash offers? She says yes actually we will probably give you more because due to Covid we don’t get much from auctions. So great. MONDAY: I get there see the one I want. I’m set up with John Bukowski. I have TWO cars to trade in. One I owe on and the other is paid off. So KBB on my car equals to the amount I owe, the other I have a little left over and then I’m putting 4,000 down. He tells me well actually we can only give you half of what KBB offers on your car because we get better at auctions (okay weird Cheryl told me other wise). We go through the application and John says to increase the chances by having my mom co-sign. We said but she’s on unemployment due to the pandemic and an on going health condition. He says doesn’t matter it’ll help. Okay cool. He says do you want to put a deposit I said yeah it’ll hold the car right? He says yupp. I sign a contract I put 1000 down. He tells me I will have answer no later than tomorrow. TUESDAY: NO CALL!!!! So I call. He tells me oh yeah we’re still working and that he’ll call me tomorrow. WEDNESDAY: NO CALL AGAIN!! Mind you at this point there is nothing on my credit report as anything be ran. I call again. He says we got you a deal and waiting on the financial manager to approve it. THURSDAY: NO CALL AGAIN!!! So I call the office for the financial manager goes to his voicemail. So I go online to get the straight number for the financial manager. Some how get his cell number. He picks up and says he didn’t know I was waiting on his call and that they’re super busy and will definitely get to it. Weird John said I had a deal. My mom then calls and says this is ridiculous. Carmine promises to get back to us. He calls me 2 hours later saying my mom can’t co-sign because she’s unemployed. Okay yeah we said this. So let’s figure it out. He says he’ll call me the next day and try some more. FRIDAY: as you can guess NO CALL!! So I call him he says oh yeah you need a new co-signer. Okay let’s try my dad. He says yeah I’ll do it tomorrow. Working so hard there that’s great. SATURDAY: of course no call! So I check the website and notice the car I put a deposit on is no longer there. I call and carmine says it’s a no go with my dad (which honestly is wild to me). I say but it’s weird the car I put a deposit on is not on the website. He says don’t go by that. Uh weird. So he says come in Monday and get your deposit back. I say oh okay I will. I tell my mom and she of course becomes protective and calls them up to ask some more questions and asks for proof that my dad was denied. Carmine says well we can try so my mom says no I have my other daughter that will co-sign and she has great credit. So there’s NO chance in xxxx she will get denied. He says okay let me find out about the car. My mom says it BETTER be there or you’re dealing with a legal issue. Then she calls our sales guy and he says oh we were told she couldn’t find another co-signer so we sold it. MONDAY: now my mom and I go in to discuss and get my money back. John get called he comes up and says what’s up because he clearly doesn’t remember who we are or care. We tell him he says oh let me get a manager. Carmine the so called manager comes up and says oh hi then my mom is annoyed at this point and says yeah hi let’s talk about the car you sold that had a deposit on it. He says in the most rude tone do you really want me to blast your information out here or in an office. My mom says oh I don’t care I just want answers. He proceeds to yell at my mom that she doesn’t have a job so obviously she won’t get approved. Of course that’s when I step in. We let him know he’s a liar then I kid you not he says “I won’t answer anymore questions until you apologize.” Like what. So I said okay who else can we all to and he says no one there’s no one else so then we continue on to tell him all the lies John and him have told us. He then calls in some other guy I then said weird who are you? He says I’m another manger so that’s when I said well carmine LIED and told me there no one else I can talk to. So it’s funny that here you are and I can talk to you. This new manager comes in and looks at the computer then looks at me and says you’ll never get a car you’re unemployed. Uh actually I am so what are you talking about. Turns out he’s reading my mom’s information. This man didn’t even know who he was talking to or what he was talking about. They had ZERO response to the several times we told him it was illegal for him to sell the car when I put a deposit. They didn’t care. I got my money back. However I am in the process of contacting the owner (who they gave us the wrong name of because they are in fact LIARS) and am speaking with a lawyer. All in all I am NOT mad that I didn’t get this car or apparently “approved” it’s that fact that I had to call every single day multiple times was lied to and pushed aside. I was treated like dirt for the entire week. I wasted time that could have been spent exploring my options. If I was told no on Tuesday I would have gone in and gotten my money back and went about my day. Instead I was dragged along and lied to. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE !!!! More
