Im from upstate NY and contacted Cheryl M. and Tiffany S. today about a used Land Rover via e-mail. After the subject line of her email that told me she had the information I requested my wife called. She today about a used Land Rover via e-mail. After the subject line of her email that told me she had the information I requested my wife called. She provided no information, was rude and told her they cant do anything unless we came in to see them. A 4 hour drive from where we live. My wife called back and talked to a actual sales person who advised that the vehicle already had a deposit on it and was at another dealer being fixed for an issue it had although I was assured by Cheryl it was in "tip top" shape. The vehicle wont even be back till next week. Glad I didn't take an entire day for a vehicle that's not even there and this nonsense. More
