My first service with DeCozen was last Saturday. I arrived early and was able to hand my car relatively quickly. The Service rep assisted and answered all my questions and queries. Awful. Brought my car and left it 3 different full days last week. I agreed to everything suggested and the initial problem is still not resolved. There is no way they took it for a test drive or they wo last week. I agreed to everything suggested and the initial problem is still not resolved. There is no way they took it for a test drive or they would have known. They actually changed my oil twice as apparently the service techs don't talk to one another. Called Service Manager this morning at 9am. It's 5pm and still no call back. I know everyone is struggling due to all the calamities but this is not acceptable. And yes, I bought my Jeep there (and the one before). More
