DeCozen is hands down the best dealership in North Jersey. I found the vehicle on CARFAX on a Thursday afternoon and got a call from them within the hour. Cheryl, who deals with the online inquiries, Jersey. I found the vehicle on CARFAX on a Thursday afternoon and got a call from them within the hour. Cheryl, who deals with the online inquiries, was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had. The next morning she made it a breeze to get them the required info for financing, the out of state transfer, and to put down a deposits. I got to the dealership Saturday afternoon and was driving off the lot within an hour with my new car. Everything went perfectly. No waiting around! Special thanks to Joe (the sales rep I worked with) for taking the time Friday to reach out several times to ensure the paperwork was flawless. Also for having the truck front and center ready for a test drive when I arrived. Also to Jill for getting the out of state registration completed and overnighted within a week! More
