THE SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. HE EVEN WENT SO FAR TO SAY THAT ME ATTEMPTING TO SPENT $65,000 IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT AS A “COMPLETE WASTE OF HIS xxxxING TIME.” BUT TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO COMPLAIN TO MIKE C. First thing to say is stay away from this dealership. I purchased a 2016 ram 1500 from them with a list of issues. The truck was unable to be test driven because it was hurried in the middle of the show I purchased a 2016 ram 1500 from them with a list of issues. The truck was unable to be test driven because it was hurried in the middle of the show room with 10 other cars blocking it from getting out. One of the employees carmine assured me that this truck was thoroughly inspected before the sale. I could tell you that this is not true with the list of issues this truck has. As soon as I left the showroom with the vehicle, when coming to a slow stop the transmission jerks from second gear to first gear. Second issue is when letting go of the gas pedal the truck pulls to the right hard. The third issue is they sold me a truck with an open safety recall for the airbag, putting myself and my family’s life in jeopardy. I scheduled the truck to go back for service to fix these issues and I received a call the next day saying these items were fixed. Tony from service department stated that they did an alignment and a Transmission control module update and assured me that the problems were fixed. After driving over an hour to pick my truck up, the vehicle had the same exact issues. The vehicle still jerks when coming to a stop and the alignment was not touched at all. I left the dealership a message because they were closed and no one from service, sales, or management called me back. The following day I spoke to a girl that transferred me to service and they stated that the service manager would call me back. I tried calling and texting the sales guy John multiple times and he didn’t call me back. I left another message asking what they are going to do to help me out and days later I still have not received any call or voicemail. This dealership is absolutely terrible, after spending the amount of money I did, you would think they would want to make the costumer happy. Instead I’m driving a vehicle with an open airbag recall that was supposed to be complete before sale, a vehicle that pulls hard to the right when letting go of the gas, and a vehicle that has a obvious transmission issue. 0/0 for this whole dealer and management team.
