Unfortunately the paint service manager was very aggressive and not very customer oriented. My needs for service and warranty were put off and I was very unhappy with the way I was treated. Checked in 2023 Lexus GX460 quickly and efficiently. Service Advisor was very polite and gave us a break on the "Oil Change For Life" policy. Wait was less than 1 hour which was awesome. The Service Manager of this Dealership needs to administer some remedial training to the employee(s) (Detail Crew) who, between check in and job completion, entered driver's side of the vehicle and proceeded, in less than 1 hour, to trash a like new vehicle (driver's side only). The Lexus was bought at that dealership and I live down here in Brevard County, which is why I have the "Oil Change For Life". More

My service advisor left me high and dry. . He checked me in but was no where to be seen at check out.. my keys and service paper had to be tracked down as well. An estimate request i ask . He checked me in but was no where to be seen at check out.. my keys and service paper had to be tracked down as well. An estimate request i ask for was totally misunderstood and not full filled. I will say that the service advisors that did help me finally check out were pleasant and helpful as was the parts department man that took the time to find a part i was looking for. I will return to Daytona Toyota for simple service on my Lexus GX460 and this last service confusion wont happen again. More
