The Service dept. did good. Only complaint, I booked the appointment online and got conformation. Then I received no reminder, not listed on the board, but my service did good. Then I received no reminder, not listed on the board, but my service rep looked it up online and for some reason Toyota canceled my appointment. Daytona Toyota has great customer service in the service department. We recently had our Prius oil change and tires rotated. Then we notice something leaking from under the car. My husband called and the se department. We recently had our Prius oil change and tires rotated. Then we notice something leaking from under the car. My husband called and the service manager had us is bring the Prius back in immediately. They took the car in right away. We weren’t there even 10 minutes when they told us that everything checked out perfectly underneath the car and there was nothing to worry about that.
