He went the extra mile for me - to see that all was working right and every thing was sound and correct. You cant go wrong by having your system installed here,they are very professional... Service Debacle Spent money on a diagnosis at Daytona Toyota for a Camry. Had the parts replaced as per the diagnostics undertaken by this dealership. Found out the b Spent money on a diagnosis at Daytona Toyota for a Camry. Had the parts replaced as per the diagnostics undertaken by this dealership. Found out the bill was estimated to be $900.00 plus tax. Turns out the parts were in perfect working order after replaced; which proves they werent tested in the diagnostic. The diagnostic recommended some further service. Spent more money and this diagnostic was incorrect also. Dealership now recommends further work but at this point I said no more. This service department may never have tested anything but only guessed knowing this car was a "CASH COW" waiting to be milked of 1000's of dollars. Stay away from this dealership. I asked to speak with a service manager before the last service but never was able to speak to one even though I was told there were 2 managers. More
A Scrape on bumper did not notice when purchased A salesman name Greg sold me a 2018 Toyota Camry on Dec 2018 with only 5000 miles on it, I had not notice the scrape on front bumper On the day of th A salesman name Greg sold me a 2018 Toyota Camry on Dec 2018 with only 5000 miles on it, I had not notice the scrape on front bumper On the day of the purchase my son notice it right away I went back and talk to Greg and showed him a picture I took on the day I purchased the car parked in front on dealership and when zooming on picture the scrape is visible he said they would fix it But I never received any calls on this matter during this time my mother got sick and I was unable to assist this issue when having my car serviced last week I went to talk to Greg but he was no longer there so Johnny Nieves was able to help me with this issue quickly and sufficiently after showing him the picture thank you Johnny I will refer you to my friends ..... consumer Amarily More
Failed Promise Daytona Service Department failure of their promise to provide the care and expert service we have come to trust. They may decsions for the customer o Daytona Service Department failure of their promise to provide the care and expert service we have come to trust. They may decsions for the customer on repairs, cancelled Lifetie Oil Change Contracts without customer consent, and under estimates the needs of the consumers. I am a senior citzen who took my car for repairs and they decided to repair what they counld and not what was asked and was promised. File a complaint on the incomplete service and they decided to cancel my Paid in Full Lifetime Oil Change Contact and it was cancelled by the owner Gib Dannehower because he felt: "I don't beleive that we can fully satisfy your needs the same way we satisfy over a hundred other vehicle owners a day. I am proud of my staff for the tough job they have and for the outstanding results they achieve with our other patrons" so I believe that his staff had a tough job to do and do not care for any complaints or worry about delivering what was promised. And lastly Daytona Toyota unestimates the resilience of the senior citizen community. The Daytona Toyota Dealership wants to pick and choice its valued customers to maintain their "outstanding" results in thier Service Department. I would not recommend this dealership due to their lack of intergy. They did not deliver what was promised and cancelled a paid off contract of Lifetime Oil Changes because of three legitamate complaints on the service department over a seven year period. Who needs a dealership that does not deliver what they promise and cancels whatever they feel fit to cancel at anytime? More
