Service center is going downhill fast! My husband took his Camry in last week and I took my 4Runner in yesterday. Both visits we encountered problems. My husband did not have an appt for a simple oil change. After being rudely told they could not accomodate him....he was sent to speak with the service mgr...who rudely asked “ so your just here for a free oil change?” It made him feel that he wasn’t spending any money on this trip so he was unimportant. A few years back we paid $200 for these “Free oil changes”. My visit on 12/28/19. ...since they gave my husband a hard time about not having an appointment...I made one with service advisor Shawn. Apparently Shawn doesn’t work saturdays and I was referred to Tanya. She was pleasant and somewhat helpful but my $2500 extended warranty was not on file in her computer. I was to go home and call the warranty Dept and have them update their records. I paid the $$$ once again when they sold us this warranty so why do I have to do the work when the mistake is on Toyota’s end. Prior to these last two experiences we have been pleased for quite a few years now. Unsure if we will find another dealer to use at this point. More

Oil change only please I came in for an oil change and I got a list of stuff that needed to be done to my car including things I had already had done outside of Toyota deale I came in for an oil change and I got a list of stuff that needed to be done to my car including things I had already had done outside of Toyota dealership and did not need to be done. And while I was waiting I got a sales call from the used car Department which was also unwanted. I have previously told them I am not selling my car or in the market for a new one. I heard two other people in the waiting room get a similar phone call and I think it's rude. Please do not call me sales inquiries. More

Brake job that could have been done last service visit My new service advisor Tanya is great. She gave me a quote for my brake job and came in at over $100 less. Prior to going in I was very upset with Mark Ingram my former service advisor. I Purchased a certified car two years ago and expect it to not have too many problems and it has not and I always Follow the maintenance schedule at Toyoyta. A year ago Mark said I need 4 new tires. It was Christmas and the quotes weren’t that great. Discount tire easily beat the price for the exact same tires. When I returned this past summer for maintenance Mark was angry with me because I bought tires elsewhere and he said I should’ve come back to him. He should’ve given me a decent quote to begin with. He said I don’t need anything that the maintenance light was for tires and sent me on my way. If he would have done the 5000 mile check my brakes wouldn’t have been grinding metal to metal this past week. Mark should do his job which is not scolding the customer announcing that I only come for Free oil changes. How insulting. I can’t believe I was spoken to like that. Was I supposed to come for something else given that I had a new certified vehicle? He doesn’t know me...I always get all of my service done at my dealers service department. It left me with a bad taste. If he would have done the 5000 mile check my brakes wouldn’t have been grinding metal to metal this past week. Mark should do his job which is not scolding the customer announcing that I only come for oil changes. Was I supposed to come for something else given that I had a new certified vehicle? But I look forward to having Tanya as my new service advisor. I like my car. I’ll be getting my front brake job done in a month per her recommendation. More

Tire rotation I went to get a tire rotation and needed a ride to finish up Christmas shopping. The person at the service center acted disinterested and never notifi I went to get a tire rotation and needed a ride to finish up Christmas shopping. After waiting 20 minutes and finding out they were never notified, I paid for an Uber to get me to and from where I needed to go. Bey unprofessional to say the least. More

SCOTT # IS THE BEST Well I got there 20min. Late and felt bad for Scott as u could tell he was stressed at the end of a busy day. But he is always a professional. I ha Well I got there 20min.
