Extremely slow service Only needed a routine oil change and it took 2 hours. Last few times I've brought my car to be serviced the wait time has been horrible. Terrible While I was happy with the service Thomas provided it unfortunately does not make up for the first half of my experience. I went in for an appointment to get a recall issue taken care of as well a trunk latch but was told that I didn’t have an appointment countless time despite having email confirmation and having been called by a sales representative just that morning telling me I had an appointment. Instead of thoroughly checking I was told I would that nobody would call me to let me know about my appointment especially since they “probably didn’t have the parts”. All of this is even worse because while I was trying to make the appointment a week prior no one in the service department would pick up phone calls and I had to speak with someone in the parts department and they had to physically go get someone to pick up the phone which still went to voicemail and when I called back I was met by a receptionist who rudely asked for my information saying they were busy then said someone would call me back which I never received that was on a Saturday. I called again on Monday and was told that an appointment was made without my knowing. More

The worst service station EVER!!!! EVERY time I come there is an issue. Why it takes more than 1 hour to do a basic oil change is besides me:2 to 3 hours later EVERY TIME!!!! Then not one person can read in my account that my tires were purchased there, so I always have to remind them. Oh wait it doesn't end there, most of the time, like on Wed. I physically have to argue about buying my tires there. Don't have anyone call me I don't need to be bothered by the excuses of incompetent phone people either. The manager is even worse!! The last oil change I had (not Wed) someone took the locked lug nuts from my tires and when I had my brakes replaced we had to break them off because the person didn't leave the piece needed to unlock them. An item why I bought the vehicle with and want back. I'll be sending the bill with all the complaints at a later date. I'm sure I'm remembered as the lady who doesn't like to stand at the service people counter with my toddler huffing exhaust! Ask a man to assist and ALL but one past the buck! You need a section with NO stars. More
