Mark Burger, service advisor, is the most amazing advisor there at Daytona Toyota! He exceed in customer services(went above and beyond the call of duties), very helpful, full of patiences(taking time to ex there at Daytona Toyota! before an 8 hour trip home my 2009 toyota avalon had 2 warning lights. called sunday and spoke to bajes who was most helpful in soothing fears and recommended service this am. Manny ,sevice, a quickly handled problem with friendly efficient service and to my surprise Bajes showed up to ensure my problem was being handled. He was worried about me! Mark Burger was particularly helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I didn't have to wait for a service writer and then stepped in to give me a ride when the shuttle was unavailable.
