The waiting time was outrageous for a regular service. I came in today for an 18 month regularly scheduled service, (2018 Corolla). My appointment time was for 7:30am; I arrived at 7:23am. When the car was done I left the dealership at about 9:50am, (approx. 2 1/2 hrs.). The estimated waiting time was not discussed upon my arrival. Keeping the customer informed throughout an unexpected long process is known to be helpful. Today was my third visit to the Service Center for regularly scheduled service after purchasing a new car. All three times have been a waiting-room bad experience. I was not "Wowed" nor did the service center "Exceed My Expectations." Upon my departure, I found out from a team member, (among other things), that my appointment time isn't with the service workers that work on the car, but is with the person at the welcoming station only. The welcoming person, (Cio, station 4), was very friendly and professional. The team member who presented my keys and receipt, (after the service), was also very friendly and professional. BTW, my wife is in a wheelchair, has had four TIA strokes and is incontinent. The service team was only aware of the wheelchair. And Bully for reviewer NCG66 and Scott who fit you in ahead of schedule. More

Service techs dropped the ball Brought my CHR in for an oil change and a possible new battery on a Saturday. Left it and the service writer called me soon and told me the battery wo Brought my CHR in for an oil change and a possible new battery on a Saturday. Left it and the service writer called me soon and told me the battery wouldn’t hold a charge so they said they had to order a battery and It would be in on Tuesday. Went and picked up a Loaner car. Didn’t hear anything so I called in Wednesday for my service writer and left a msg. Called again Thursday and left another msg. Called back and spoke to a different writer and she had no info either and no one told me my writer had been off those days. Finally on Friday I get a call from my writer and she said no one told the techs that the part came in so NOTHING had been done since she was gone. Not the service writers fault. More

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled Got there very early at 7:30 appointment with John. He had me out by 9 o’clock only because I also needed a alignment and a cabin filter. Service center is going downhill fast! My husband took his Camry in last week and I took my 4Runner in yesterday. Both visits we encountered problems. My husband did not have an appt for a simple oil change. After being rudely told they could not accomodate him....he was sent to speak with the service mgr...who rudely asked “ so your just here for a free oil change?” It made him feel that he wasn’t spending any money on this trip so he was unimportant. A few years back we paid $200 for these “Free oil changes”. My visit on 12/28/19. ...since they gave my husband a hard time about not having an appointment...I made one with service advisor Shawn. Apparently Shawn doesn’t work saturdays and I was referred to Tanya. She was pleasant and somewhat helpful but my $2500 extended warranty was not on file in her computer. I was to go home and call the warranty Dept and have them update their records. I paid the $$$ once again when they sold us this warranty so why do I have to do the work when the mistake is on Toyota’s end. Prior to these last two experiences we have been pleased for quite a few years now. Unsure if we will find another dealer to use at this point. More
