My Service writer Oci is very nice and hard working. However the service department is totally under staffed to handle the amount of cars they have to work on. It took over 3 hours to get my oil changed However the service department is totally under staffed to handle the amount of cars they have to work on. It took over 3 hours to get my oil changed, tires rotation and change brake fluid. Totally unacceptable. This is upper management’s fault. Yeah I mean you , whoever is in charge ! More

People were very good & knowledgeable. Need to put good signage at collision shop to direct to service & dealership. Also have a preferred way to inform customer when vehicle is ready. Its disappointing. I moved here from out of state. Im used to receiving 1st class service when I bring my car in for service. They would wash and vaccum my car, the lounges were clean and they went out o used to receiving 1st class service when I bring my car in for service. They would wash and vaccum my car, the lounges were clean and they went out of their way to provide excellent service. Here, it's different. Someone is always trying to sell me something I don't need, the lounge is dirty and no one attempts to provide a caring environment. I wish I could say otherwise but I assume you want an honest response. Best wishes. More
