Service. There was no delay in taking care of my car, which was an oil change, and I left at a reasonable time, which is important to me. There was no delay in taking care of my car, which was an oil change, and I left at a reasonable time, which is important to me. More

The dealership is good if you know how to navigate a dealership. Great selection of vehicles but they are a typical dealership that still try to push you into a purchase, service or otherwise. I just wanted confirmation from service that my 2013 Highlander had a bad right rear wheel bearing which I suspected from the growling. I was initially told diagnosis could be as little as $50, possibl Highlander had a bad right rear wheel bearing which I suspected from the growling. I was initially told diagnosis could be as little as $50, possibly $110 if it took an hour to diagnose. I took a 5 minute ride with the technician who confirmed the wheel bearing was bad. But now they have to do what is called An inspection, checking fluids, brakes Which took 10 minutes. Vehicle was up on the hoist an hour while the technician could be seen working on other vehicles. The bill came to $120. For the hour he was working on other vehicles. Estimate to replace the wheel bearing hub assembly was excessive. $348. For the part which is $141 at NAPA flat rate labor rate instead of actual time Estimate was over $800. I had it done elsewhere for half that. No wonder people dread taking their vehicle to a dealership for service More
