As always your service team was polite and explained everything to me. I was a little disappointed that it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and to reprogram my radio. Very courteous and well organized staff. My appt was at 9am .my car got taken right in . the coffee was also good ! Too bad they were out of hazelnut creamer. Since I moved to Florida I have taken my Highlander to your dealership for oil change and tire rotation several times now. I am looking forward to the remodel because the customer waiting room and bathroo your dealership for oil change and tire rotation several times now. I am also dissatisfied with the fact that an oil change and tire rotation took two hours.My appointment was at 8 AM and I was on time. I am disappointed that my time does not seem valued by Toyota. The shop personnel were courtesy and knowledgeable. But this is the first time anyone asked if I wanted my tires rotated. Shame on me for not remembering to ask, but.
