I called on Friday about a strong smell of gas coming from my vehicle. I spoke with Karen and she was truly concerned with my issue. She scheduled me to come in on Saturday recommended a tow truck (I ha from my vehicle. I spoke with Karen and she was truly concerned with my issue. She scheduled me to come in on Saturday recommended a tow truck (I have a warranty) to air on the side of caution. As soon as I arrived she checked me in. After getting my vehicle started for review she came to the waiting room to let me know what was going to occur. The entire process took a couple of hours. She provided me progress updates along the way and let me know what was being done. I'm glad that my description helped solve the problem. More
