Awful experience, was not busy and it still took more than two hour, ( oil splash incident). The on the way home I stop to get gas and all the power in the car went out. I called and they were sending me than two hour, ( oil splash incident). The on the way home I stop to get gas and all the power in the car went out. I called and they were sending me someone and while I was waiting I checked under the hood and the black cable to the battery was so loose it wasn’t connecting. I tightened it wit my had and I had power again. I called back and canceled the assistance. I was rushed and late for work and there was nothing wrong with my truck to start with. More
