Service was great Karen my service advisor took care of me and my car very well. Did not meet the tech but have no issues with work performed. I did have to wait almost an hour to get ride back to work tho me and my car very well. Did not meet the tech but have no issues with work performed. Very unpleasant, would never go back again . I arrived 10:30 am and wasn’t done till 1:30 pm , Promised time was about one hour, I stayed 3 hours! With no updates or any one can tell me anything! I didn’t 10:30 am and wasn’t done till 1:30 pm , Promised time was about one hour, I stayed 3 hours! With no updates or any one can tell me anything! I didn’t even see my name on the board for waiting people. I went and asked customer service many times about that and I was told they can’t access my car status! terrible attitude from cio the service lady . At the end the bill came double and I was confused why?! I asked to speak to a manager and the manager wouldn’t come to explain it. I refused to pay the bill unless someone explain to me why I was over charged! It was such a hassle to get my bill fixed and cio the advisor was screaming at me( do you wanna it for free, how much you wanna pay? At the end I’m very disappointed with Toyota service. I thought they would be professional and pleasant but not happening! More
