your service department sucks. i got my oil changed and full inspection to make sure my car was ready for my trip to Mich. Two days after my oil change my check engine light came o i got my oil changed and full inspection to make sure my car was ready for my trip to Mich. Two days after my oil change my check engine light came on. i came back to your service department to see what the problem was. i was promptly told i needed to take my car to VolksWagen to get it attended to. After costing me another $200 for a diagnostic, i was told that the problem came from an improperly installed oil filter. Which comes back to your service center…. I was told since it happened in your service dept that i needed to seek a loaner car from you, as they had to keep my car until Monday. i was told to have Aaron the service manager call VW and they would let him know what was wrong. Aaron essentially told me they didn’t know what they were talking about and i am on my own for a loaner. i need a car to get back and forth to work to pay for the piece of crap i bought from you. now seeing as my grandma and grandpa are on their second car from you, my dad is on his second car from you, and my uncle and 3 cousins all bought new cars from you. do you think this is the way i should be treated? i just need to have something to get back and forth to work until i can get my car back on monday More

All the other dealers vehicle & Service Advisor KEVIN, delivered EXCELENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! But; DAYTONA TOYOTA DOES NOT OFFER A COURTESY CAR WASH!
