It is easy to schedule an appointment for service. The service dept is knowledgeable about the specific services needed at each mileage interval ( 20,000; 25,000; 30,000, etc.) . The desk person was Condescending, not helpful to explain vehicle needs. I was there for 2 hours for a simple check and tire rotation.
