Daytona Toyota - Service Center

Purchased a new vehicle but had to return for the included window tint due to schedule conflicts with the service department. Returned approx. one week later to get it completed. From the time I arrived to completion was about 30 minutes. However two days after I returned home my wife pointed out a small bubble in the tint on the driver's side this is somewhat normal as they tend to work their selves out The power window was not operated prior to this as it requires no operation for five days after tinting. Hope, to get it repaired on the next service trip if it has not disappeared by then Also, there was some dust/dirt left on the door sill after they were done that was not cleaned prior to me taking back possession. Other than that good job! More

I do not trust the service department. The previous time, they said I had a slow leak in the tire. The tire went flat in 2 miles. I feel very strongly it was sabotaged by service. The service department is great. Efficient, friendly and customer focused. They did not have the part in stock that I needed however worked quickly to resolve the issue and got the part the next day.
