It was Saturday afternoon and I had a problem with my key fob. I met Thomas at Station 8 and he was very professional and thorough. I previously thought that I had purchased the extended warranty and was told that I had not. When I came to see Karen Shank last month for my oil change, she confirmed I did! I needed to get my battery r warranty and was told that I had not. When I came to see Karen Shank last month for my oil change, she confirmed I did! Service was great, unfortunately we spent over $800 the week before, all 4 tire replacement included, only to find out later that another $230 was need to replace a TPM.
