Kelly (desk 7) was so considerate of my mistake coming in a day early at 8:30 AM Monday for my Tuesday appointment. 🤦♀️ Instead of saying, just come back tomorrow and me having to get up and drive in aga a day early at 8:30 AM Monday for my Tuesday appointment. 🤦♀️ Instead of saying, just come back tomorrow and me having to get up and drive in again from Edgewater, she said, no problem, it’s ok! I’d recently had back surgery and appreciated that so much. I also appreciated that she didn’t act inconvenienced or put out that I messed up her morning appointments. We waited with a nice cup of coffee in the waiting room and were out of there very quickly! More
