I had to go in to make my appt. I was put on hold 10 times when I called over several days. Once I waited 9 minutes on hold. I get it that you're busy. I eventually took my car in for an a.c. check times when I called over several days. Once I waited 9 minutes on hold. I get it that you're busy. I eventually took my car in for an a.c. check and it cost $150 for diagnosis. Was supposed to be closer for $200. Then I was told that my $1498 estimate for the a.c. would be over and above. So if I had the work done I would have paid $1700 for a compressor. Ridiculous. I'm not impressed at all. I have another older Toyota I was going to bring in but I'm afraid. Everyone is friendly and polite though. But given the state of the world I think that you can do better. More
