Communication about when car would be ready was not as good as before. I was sent a text about services being needed, I accepted them, and then did not receive any other texts or calls. I tried calling sales department and they told Me they could not help me either and could not walk to the other building to check on my car. I finally got through three hours later and someone told me car was ready. My experience prior to this was much better with good updates and good communication. More
