Daytona Toyota - Service Center

I place appointment on line for the tire sale on 6/29. The website said sale price would be honored if scheduled before 7/10. I also called the service dept to confirm on 6/29 and spoke to Nakia Mothersil The website said sale price would be honored if scheduled before 7/10. I also called the service dept to confirm on 6/29 and spoke to Nakia Mothersill who told me yes, I will get the sale price on 7/5 with my appt. I took a day off of work (lost $500 in wages) to get tires put on and the service department would not honor the sale price. As a consumer, I did everything right on line and confirmed with Nakia. I bought 2, not one but 2 brand new Toyotas from Daytona Toyota last summer and I’m completely disappointed about this incident. I was looking to buy another car for my daughter, not after this. I told my wife when I got home from service that day that it was the best experience I've ever had there. I will say I have horror stories of service there in the recent past that I would only share verbally it was the best experience I've ever had there. I personally like Daytona Toyota, as a member of our household who has their Scion (that I helped them choose) normally serviced here referred me to have an oil change done as part of their Toyotathon E household who has their Scion (that I helped them choose) normally serviced here referred me to have an oil change done as part of their Toyotathon Event. They were efficient, courteous and unhurried, and better yet were able to honour the promotional service offer we had received in the mail, no questions asked. The only drawback is that the hot dog machine is no longer there... I may just decide to switch and have my car serviced here instead of traveling like I do now. More

I made an appointment and took my car in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated. I was told I have a 1000 miles to go yet before I could get my oil changed. So instead I had my tires rotated. 2 days l changed and my tires rotated. I was told I have a 1000 miles to go yet before I could get my oil changed.
