Won't be using your servies again. I can't prove it but I'm missing my Galaxy ear buds, a pair of sun glasses and a pair of sunglasses were damaged. The ear buds and glasses were in my car when I brought it on for an oil change and now they are gone. Someone opened the sunglass holder, looked at the glasses, put them in backwards and broke them when closing the lid. Very disappointed. More

The Service dept. did good. Only complaint, I booked the appointment online and got conformation. Then I received no reminder, not listed on the board, but my service did good. Then I received no reminder, not listed on the board, but my service rep looked it up online and for some reason Toyota canceled my appointment.
