My Tundra was being serviced for the engine recall. When I picked up the truck I couldn’t even tell that the engine was replaced. They did such a GREAT job and I am very happy with the job. The price was outrageous for resetting a TBS sensor and fixing a tire sensor. Almost $500 when the Pensacola Toyota dealer was $60. Then I received a phone call the following day that they left the TBS sen fixing a tire sensor. Almost $500 when the Pensacola Toyota dealer was $60. Then I received a phone call the following day that they left the TBS sensor in my vehicle and wanted me to drive 30 minutes to drop it off. This device was probably around $400-500 and idiotically left in my vehicle. More
10 am appointment, waited 2 hours. Name not up on screen so had to keep asking. Then he gave me a report card, never went over it, 4900.00 of work needed, and no consult????? Very impressed with the service. Although I did have to wait for a part to arrive, there was no wait time for attention. The service was for our Kia, but I told my husband that I would buy a Toyota from Daytona Toyota just for the great service department. Fortunately, our Kia came from DeLand Kia, so warranty service at Daytona Toyota is an option. Also loved the "Quiet Room" in the waiting area. More
Advisor never came in waiting room to infom me my truck was ready, my wife called to say we received an email 40 minutes ago that my truck was ready. Later when I checked my cell phone I found a voicemail was ready, my wife called to say we received an email 40 minutes ago that my truck was ready. Later when I checked my cell phone I found a voicemail from an unknown number that my truck was ready....I don't answer calls from unnamed phone numbers. So a bit disappointed in that outcome. On the drive back to Orlando my tire pressure system stopped working and still is not working.... More
