You caused an extra trip to another dealership cause you couldn't be trusted, you were told how i felt etc on the call you said you would cover the 118.00$ charge then sent 50.00$ When I called you said the rest of the managers declined said no etc. A verbal agreement is enforceable which is what i should do but instaed you just lost all our business you guys are crooks!!!!!!!

I went in for an oil change and car was running fine . Had a minor issue with the a/c being on “auto mode” which they said would be an easy fix . It’s still doing the same thing as when I brought it in. More

Aaron, I’ve attached a copy of the reciept from the local mechanic that I took my vehicle to per your request. I don’t think replacing the “cap” is necessary as the issue was with the cap NOT being tightened properly allowing all the fluid to leak out. Or perhaps the technician did not fill it back up after draining the old fluid out? At any rate, it was bone dry causing the car to malfunction and shut down repeatedly as I was trying to make it home. Perhaps that’s what caused the battery fail? Because I was in your shop 2 days prior for my oil change and full inspection, I assume the battery was checked at that time? I’m not a mechanic so don’t know what came first, the battery or the lack of fluid, but I do know that after spending $500 on “recommended maintenance service” I had to then spend another $400 two days later to get the car running. I’m barely making ends meet and now I can’t even afford my monthly payment on the vehicle. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Sincerely, Susan Morgan
