No complimentary car wash, because “it was damaged by the storm” and the cover of my engine had spilled oil everywhere. :/ I used to go to Deluca Toyota in Ocala. I was charged only 60$ and had all the extras and a clean engine every time. I would be happy with some kind of refund or credit. I am very disappointed for the service I received after paying over 100$. Hopefully, it will be better next time. :( More
